Snow Canyon

     Awile ago we went to Snow Canyon. We went on the Jenny's Canyon trail. It led into a slot canyon, the slot canyon was like 10 degrees cooler than outside of the slot canyon. There is was a mini sand place. We also went to the visitor center, there was a snake, it was super cool . We also went on a trail called "The Hidden  Pinyon Trail". It was super fun. there was a little paper that showed which plants were which. Then we had dinner, we had chips and sandwiches. Then we went to the sand dunes. We played a army game. Then we found a weird little bug. It would burrow

CTE

Today we shot off our rockets in CTE. mine and my friend Austins rocket shot up 59 feet. Its recovery system came out all right . some peoples didn't come out. there rocket nose dived and were teared apart.


 
 This is how we started our rockets. we glued a piece of paper. and two adhesive paper thingy s to make the rocket tube. then we made the fins and the nose cone.



After that we attached them as showen in this pic.then we made the recovery system.



Then our rocket looked like this exeped we didn't have a parachute. we had streamers.

Anti-gravity Arena

     On Tuesday for Young Mens we went to Anti-Gravity Arena. It was super fun because they have trampolines on the walls and on the floor. They also have inflatables like a obstacle coarse, a fighting arena, and a thing were you strap a bungee cord to your back and see how far you can run. They also have a trampoline dodge ball court. When we got there they were doing a dodge ball tournament so we didn't get to play dodge ball.
     We played tag on the obstacle coarse, I was it a couple times. I learned how to do a back-flip and I got better at my front-flips. Here is a picture of Anti-Gravity.

      Today we are going to the Demolition Derby. I can't wait till we go. Last year we got there to late and the seats were all filled with people. So we went to the park. This year we are going way earlier.
      This week I had my first week of 7th grade. It was super fun. My CTE teacher is awsome. He teaches agricultural science. So we get to work with machines. We also do these things called individual activities, there kind of like merit badges. I'm doing one called Robotics. I get to watch a movie about robots and I get to use a robot arm to sort some odds and ends into some tuna cans. Time flys when your having fun. This year is going to go by fast!!!!!!!!!
